Matt cake decorations with a centre made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
It is recommended these are removed from the cake before consuming!
Ingredients:
Gold glimmer pearls: Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colours; E101, E171, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.
White stars: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour.
Gold 100s & 1000s: Sugar (82.2%), WHEAT starch, maize starch, glucose syrup, colours; E174, Ε160α(ii). Stabiliser; arabic gum. Gelatine bovine. Glazing agent; shellac.
Matt caramel macaroni rods: Sugar (74.9%), WHEAT semolina, stabiliser; arabic gum, colour; caramelised sugar. Glazing agent; carnauba wax.
Matt white macaroni rods: Sugar (82.3%), WHEAT semolina, stabiliser; arabic gum.
Matt chocoballs - caramel : Milk chocolate (53%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min]. Sugar, WHEAT starch, maize starch, glucose syrup. Stabilisers; arabic gum, rice starch. Colours; E171, caramelised sugar. Glazing agent; carnauba wax.
Natural white pearls: Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch.
