All UK parcels are shipped Second Class via Royal Mail which is a tracked service unless First Class or Next Day Delivery is selected. You will receive a tracking number that can be entered into Royal Mail for update information on your order.
If you provide the wrong address and the parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping again before be resend the parcel out to the correct address.
Next Day Shipping is Royal Mail Special Delivery, this aims to deliver by 1pm the day after we dispatch. Please email us if you select NEXT DAY so that we can prioritise your order. Failure to inform us could result in your parcel not being prioritised.
We have a standard flat rate based on the parcel weight. All International Parcels are sent Tracked with Royal Mail or UPS. If your country does not offer Royal Mail Tracked it will be Signed for instead. If we believe there is a risk of the parcel not being delivered safely we will cancel your order and you will receive a full refund.
Royal Mail Tracked advises that delivery can take up to 7 days with no delays but this is only an estimation. Shipping can take longer so we advise ordering well in advance to avoid disappointment. Shipments can also be held at customs, we cannot do anything about this. We provide a full and detailed invoice with every International Order for Customs to review.
